Aqua Connect enhances user experience especially with AccontEdge Network Edition. AccountEdge Network Edition is specifically designed to work in a peer-to-peer network. Data is stored in a single company file, which is stored on a host computer. From there, it can be accessed across the network by other workstations. A user on the host computer can also access the company file using Aqua Connect as the vehicle to connect with.

As a program member, Aqua Connect gains insights into Intel's future technology roadmap and access a variety of tools and resources to shorten our software development time.
The Interop Vendor Alliance (IVA) is an industry-wide group working to identify and share opportunities to better connect people, data and diverse systems through better interoperability with Microsoft systems and to jointly communicate tested best practices and interoperability solutions of its members. Formed in large part due to customer demand for interoperability, this collaborative forum works with the IT community to help mitigate the risk and reduce the cost of integrating diverse systems by developing and sharing common technology models and facilitating scenario-based testing of multivendor solutions. Aqua Connect joined the IVA in 2009.
Aqua Connect licensed the Microsoft’s Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for the Mac platform that helped reduce its development time without sacrificing compatibility with RDP devices currently available, and offered customers additional features and greater functionality.
